This bobcat starts out examining the trail camera but there is a strange sound made that is caught by the mic. This bobcat sprays or urinates on the plastic bucket that makes up my camera stand. This isn't something you would expect or normally hear but here it is. Obviously, this territory is marked by individuals in the area as sign posts for others.
I suspect this is a female and it appears that she's pregnant. If it's a male, he just finished a large meal. If she is pregnant, she should be having babies within a few weeks. They have a gestation period of about 60 days & even though the books say most are born in spring, not all animals go by the book. I have a clip of a young bobcat from last year that was born during winter months judging by his age at the time of the video being taken.
